Identify -- Do I recognise my challenges? What problems do I face? Write down everything.

Recognise -- Am I conscious of what I am experiencing? Write down everything.

Reflect -- visualise - can I recreate the concept/scenario? What energies exist/I recognise within me/around me?

Express -- Voice. Can I recount/recall/relate/recollect, the problems/challenges? Write down everything.
