Client Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in Mentapeace services or have parental consent if under 18.

2. Confidentiality: All client information will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

3. Non-Medical Services: Clients acknowledge that Mentapeace services are non-medical and are facilitated by a certified Recreational Therapist, not a licensed medical professional.

4. Payment: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services. Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

6. Referral Requirement: Clients requiring clinical or medical intervention will be referred to appropriate healthcare providers.

7. Termination: Mentapeace Inc. reserves the right to discontinue services if terms are breached or if it's determined that services are not beneficial to the client.

8. Client Consent: Participation in Mentapeace services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
